Albert Koszarek - President and Chief Executive Officer
As President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Al has overall responsibility for implementing the strategic direction of the company, and leading an electronic aviation marketplace that provides benefits to both the airline and the supplier communities.

Al joined Aeroxchange in 2001. Prior to his current position, Al served as Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the company, where he was responsible for product management, technology, client services and training. With over 28 years of aeronautical operations experience, Al's expertise has been built around product and technology innovations. Prior to joining Aeroxchange, Al served as the executive Vice President and Chief of Operations for Avport Inc., where his team developed an online procurement and distribution platform for the general and regional aviation industry. Al also gained 19 years of valuable experience while holding various positions at Boeing.

Al holds a Master of Science in Management from the Sloan School at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Institute of Technology, a Master of Business Administration from Seattle University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University.
 
 
Jim Taylor - Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Jim has responsibility for directing the company's financial, accounting, compliance, legal and human resource efforts. As a member of the executive management team, he will also contribute in the areas of strategic planning and corporate development. Jim's background includes public accounting with a Big Four firm, as well as industry experience in both privately held and publicly traded companies.

Jim joined Aeroxchange in December 2005. Prior to that, he spent five years in various executive positions at Healthaxis Inc. Most recently, he served as CFO for this publicly traded entity, which provides software solutions and related business process outsourcing services to health benefit administrators. Before that, he served for fourteen years as CFO for Insurdata Inc., which was merged into Healthaxis in January 2000. From 1982 through 1986, he was the domestic controller for Screg U.S. Corporation, a French-based construction company with worldwide operations. Jim started his career at Arthur Young and Company, where he was a member of the audit staff from 1978 through 1981.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a Major in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
 
 
Jon Andre - Vice President of Sales and Marketing
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jon is responsible for new client acquisition and the development and execution of the global sales and marketing strategy. Working with clients, prospects, and industry analysts, Jon's organization is built around solving the unique problems and challenges that exist in today's complex aviation supply chain process. Jon has assembled a team of professionals with the goal of helping customers realize the Aeroxchange Value Proposition through the delivery of world class technology and services.

Jon joined Aeroxchange in 2007. Prior to Aeroxchange, he held positions at both public and private companies including Oracle Corporation and TenFold. Jon brings almost two decades of Sales and Sales Management experience, with an emphasis on helping customers increase revenues, decrease costs, and impact the overall profitability of their business operations.

Jon has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University. He currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
 
 
Srinivas Maddipudi - Senior Director Technology and Product Operations
As Senior Director of Technology and Product Operations, Srinivas is responsible for all Aeroxchange technology - including hardware and software architecture, infrastructure and development and support of all Aeroxchange products worldwide. Srinivas and his team work closely with Sales and Solution Delivery to design, architect and develop the world class Aeroxchange suite of solutions.

Srinivas joined Aeroxchange in 2001. Prior to Aeroxchange, Srinivas designed and implemented multi-user software systems at Boeing Aerospace and Defense. He also supported high availability systems and database clusters at Microsoft, and as a Consultant he participated in the development and implementation of various e-commerce applications. Early in his career, Srinivas spent six years as a Professional Engineer.

Dr. Maddipudi earned a Ph. D. in Structural Engineering and Master's in Computer Science from Louisiana State University. He holds a second Master's in Structural Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology - Chennai, and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from GITAM College of Engineering. He currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
 
 
Narayan Moni - Senior Director of Product Development
As Senior Director of Product Management, Narayan is responsible for the strategy and direction of the products and solutions offered by Aeroxchange. Under his leadership, the Product Management team collaborates directly with customers to study the global aviation supply chain and the hurdles that trading partners face. This knowledge is applied towards creating solutions to help aviation partners implement best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.

Narayan joined Aeroxchange in 2002 with extensive experience in project management, software design and development. Prior to joining Aeroxchange, Narayan worked for Enron helping them develop software solutions to help manage the deregulation of the electrical energy markets. Before that, he worked for software companies such as Computer Associates and Platinum Technology where he honed his software skills.

Narayan holds a Masters in Business Administration from McCombs School of Business at University of Texas at Austin, a Masters in Computer Science from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
