AEROXCHANGE EXPANDS RELATIONSHIP WITH DELTA

Long-term Agreement to Integrate Full Suite of eCommerce Solutions

IRVING, Texas. April 22, 2009 - Aeroxchange today announced that Delta Air Lines, the world’s largest airline, is expanding its use of Aeroxchange’s eCommerce solutions. The agreement, which extends through 2017, builds upon the pre-existing Northwest Airlines’ relationship with Aeroxchange. The move by Delta is part of a larger effort to systematically control costs and operate more efficiently as the two airlines merge their operations.

Aeroxchange’s Marketplace subscription provides integrated solutions to manage electronic catalogs, purchase orders, repair orders, loan/borrow/exchange programs, consignment stock programs, web-based negotiation and sourcing and asset management programs.

Using a phased and structured rollout, Delta has begun development with AeroBuy, Aeroxchange’s comprehensive integrated procurement solution. The AeroBuy implementation will be followed closely by the AeroRepair solution which is specifically designed to streamline the repair order lifecycle from order creation through teardown, quote, tracking and invoicing.

“Delta Air Lines and the Delta Supply Chain Management Organization look forward to a long and productive partnership with Aeroxchange,” said Chris Collette, Vice President of Supply Chain Management for Delta. “The sourcing tools and sourcing support services provided by Aeroxchange are considered integral to the on-going advancement of Delta Air Lines’ Supply Chain activities. Combined with the integration of our ERP system to Aeroxchange, the relationship will provide tremendous long-term value from transaction efficiencies and sourcing expertise.”

“We are very pleased to have the world’s largest airline as a valued customer and excited to be a fundamental part of Delta Air Lines’ sourcing and supply chain management operations. With this long-term contract, Delta will continue to work with our Supply Chain Services group. By expanding to a full Marketplace subscription, Delta will also utilize our eCommerce solutions, driving electronic enablement within their supply chain,” said Albert Koszarek, President and CEO of Aeroxchange.
